The premium flammkuchen bases of "Maître Flambée" are made according to the traditional recipe.
Thin and cross as they were in the legendary Chateau Langenberg in Weissenburg in Alsace, one of the world's first tarte flambée restaurants.

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, rapeseed oil, dining salt
The floors are packed under a protective atmosphere.

After opening, use within 4 days, vacuuming  or freeze.

Fresh tarte flambée  bases wheat "PREMIUM"

According to the IFS-certified manufacturing process, our fresh flammkuchen dough has a shelf life of 4 - 5 weeks from manufacture. By shipping with refrigerated transport you have a minimum of 2-3 weeks left.
When delivered with UPS you have a shelf life of 5-6 days, so we recommend either to consume or freeze the bases directly.

They can be easily frozen if necessary. The stability is then about 1 year at -18 ° C.

In the refrigerator they need about 4 - 6 hours to defrost. Due to the slow, careful defrosting in the refrigerator, you have almost no quality loss. Please use once opened packaging units within 4 days.

Simply move the hand between the single bases - the intermediate paper prevents sticking together.

At -18 ° C you can store the soil for up to one year. Close the packaging well, so avoid freezing.
